Role for an experienced solo business coach who wants the best of both worlds: to run your own business AND be part of a team of experienced coaches.

We are taking expressions of interest from experienced business coaches to service our clients under contract.

Please note: While we respect all experience, EoIs will only be considered from professional business coaches who have a minimum of 3 years experience working directly with business owners. You must hold current professional indemnity insurance for business coaching.

You will be the primary coach, providing 1:1 coaching using your experience and our coaching tools and methodologies.

As part of a collective of business coaches, you’ll be able to contribute to and benefit from sharing knowledge of strategies and best practices that have delivered results.

Your professional growth will be backed by development of your coaching skills and business knowledge. We provide peer support and accountability including 1:1 mentoring from Tenfold’s MD. You’ll have access to resources including coaching tools (financial models, strategic frameworks, business plans and marketing plans) and client support.

Work from home or in our office in Camberwell or a hybrid that suits you.

Tenfold has an earned a reputation for long-term client retention, with most clients continuing to work with us beyond 5 years. This provides our coaches with continuity, assurance of their portfolio revenue and the ability to prioritise coaching over prospecting.

Our clients

Tenfold’s clients are established businesses (not start ups) with further growth potential. While the businesses we coach are in a range of industries, they tend to be concentrated in construction trades (builders, landscape construction, plumbing/electrical/HVAC contractors), and professional services (IT, financial planning, software development.) Working knowledge of these sectors is advantageous.
