We expect to engage for a minimum of 12 months and like any business-to-business (B2B) arrangement we have a contract for service delivery but the contract isn’t locked in. Clients don’t have to payout the contract if they leave within the 12 months. But most clients stay with us for many years beyond the initial engagement because we continue to deliver results and work on the big picture for their business.
