Meet Business Growth Expert Carlo D’Andrea

Carlo’s career to date has included senior leadership roles including from State Sales Manager, General Manager and National Business Manager. Carlo utilises the experience he has gained to coach business owners and managers to lead high performing teams and foster positive cultures.

An astute commercial operator, Carlo has delivered record-breaking sales results with national clients in the retail construction industry including Bunnings, Independent Hardware Group, Natbuild & HBT.

His familiarity with the finance operations across a range of businesses from mid-size Australian enterprises to multi-national corporates gives Carlo an inside edge for navigating procurement processes including tenders and subcontracting deals. Understanding that cost targets are only one of many key drivers enables Carlo to position clients for success in commercial contract negotiations.

Carlo obtained a Bachelor degree in Business and then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration, while working full time. Understanding that the path to success requires grit means Carlo a real appreciation for the journey of business owners.

He’s an avid learner and loves listening to ebooks, including his favourites on repeat: “The EMyth Revisited”, “The 4 Disciplines of Execution” and “The Leading Edge”.  Away from the office, Carlo enjoys exploring his new home state of Victoria. Keen for new challenges to take on and new skills to master, Carlo has taken up mountain bike riding and enjoys the thrill of riding in the Victorian high country. He values a healthy balance in all aspects of life.
